What is the normal response time when hearing from Dreams Unlimited?

I have always received a response in a day or less (sometimes within hours).

It has been apx 27 hrs. I thought it may take a lil longer due to the holiday.

I think it can take up to 2 business days per the website, but it's never taken me that long. It's a holiday, though, so I'd figure on the 2 business days.
