Resorts with sauna?

I use a sauna to ease my fibromyalgia symptoms. I searched and it seems the deluxe resorts have saunas. Does anyone know the hours for them?

Do any moderates have a sauna? Or at least a hot tub for use?

the moderates have one hot tub with the main pool only. the dvc resorts (except for pvb) have a hot tub at each pool. both SSR and OKW have several. OKW and VWL have a spa - not sure about the others.

I believe there is a sauna at the YC/BC in the spa area. OKW has a sauna in the lighthouse near the main pool.

you can get a DVC resort by either renting directly from a DVC owner or going thru a broker.

Old Key West is the only WDW resort with a sauna in the pool area. I don't know the hours of operation, although it might be the same as the pool hours.

most of the sauna are in or near the work out (gym) area.

Coronado Springs has a full Fitness Center, with a Sauna and is a Moderate resort.

This...plus it has one of the biggest/best hot tubs on property.
