Resorts with connecting rooms?

I was wondering which resorts have connecting rooms? We booked at a value just because I knew they had connecting rooms but I was wondering if we had any other options.

As far as I know, all the resorts except the Home-Away-From-Home resorts have some connecting rooms.

Obviously, the Ft Wilderness cabins are stand alone, but the DVC resorts have studios that connect to 1 bedroom units to make a 2 bedroom unit. None of them have studios that connect, although OKW has some studios that are adjacent to each other.

All resorts have some connecting rooms. They are only guaranteed for family situations (i.e 2 parents and 2 kids -- kids in other room). If you tell them that is the purpose then they will guarantee connecting rooms, otherwise they are a request.

Make sure you specify connecting ... some have said adjoining which are just rooms side by side .. and were disappointed.

I don't think they will guarantee it in this case - I think the only time that they will guarantee it is if the kids outnumber the adults, and you have more people than legal occupancy. ie. 2 adults and 3 or 4 kids in a value resort would guarantee 2 connecting rooms.

Yep there guarantee it in the above situation - they don't expect parents to be separated because of numbers. Kids don't have to outnumber the parents.

In our case with 2 adults and 2 kids they guaranteed it without a question ... that stay we were at a moderate. Perhaps it is different at a value? or a deluxe?
