I've seen a lot of things on eBay. I have the teacup lamp and carousel picture from above the sofa at BWV. Some are sold by private sellers who no longer want the items and others are sold by Disney. I've even seen ride vehicles and park signs up for auction.
A lot goes to Cast Connections - an "outlet" store - not open to public. When we were there they had headboards from the Poly. It's a cool place. Cm's can bring in family but the CM has to buy. They have a "secret" CM only room that has some great deals! We go once each visit.
There's someone in KY that has a bunch of Wilderness Lodge furnishing and some randon Beach Club stuff REALLY cheap -- I wish I lived closer, I'd clean up! I found the link to the facebook page somewhere on these boards last week.
There is also the Theme Park Connection, which is not too far from the airport. They also have a lot of Disney surplus like Cast Connection, but they are open to the public. When we went in Sept, there was some furniture, but plenty of furnishings and all kinds of collectibles.
