Resort upgrade pin ?

Friends of our that are going around the same time as us had stated that they got this PIN yesterday. We were booked at the Pop Century also, but changed it to POR last week. Maybe we should have waited to see if we could have gotten a free upgrade PIN.

I am booked at POP 8/17-8/26 and would LOVE to get a free upgrade! I was wondering... was your ressie paid in full before you got the pin? How many people are in your party? I am trying to figure out how Disney might decide who to send the pin to and what my chances might be of getting one!!

Nope, not catch. My grand gathering received this pin last Sept. We upgraded to Saratoga Springs and absolutely loved it! So nice to have the extra space. In fact, we're not considering buying into DVC because of our stay here. My one piece of advise would be to call and book quickly. You probably aren't the only person to have received the pin and that upgrade books fast.

I booked the day I received the pin! We are very excited and cannot wait to check out the resort.

Interesting to hear that they are still offering this...they must have really overbooked!

Yep our ressie was paid in full and the email actually said it had to be paid in full to use the upgrade. There are 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child). Hope that helps!
