Resort Transportation

I have been to WDW 5 times but have never stayed at a monorail resort. I know CR, GF, and Poly are on the monorail to MK. Does the monorail go to Epcot as well? WL has boat service to MK. What about other resorts?

I am trying to find some alternatives to the bus when we eat at the resorts for dinner.

We are staying at AKL.

The monrail does go to Epcot. There is a resort monorail line that takes you to the Ticket and Transportation Center where you transfer to the Epcot monorail. WL does have boat service to the MK, as does the Poly and the GF. The Swan/Doplphin, YC/BC, and BWI have a boat service to both Epcot and MGM. Additionally, you can walk to Epcot or MGM from any of those resorts. The other resorts offer bus service. Also, as side note, POR and POFQ offer a boat ride to Downtown Disney and CSR offers bus service to Boardwalk Inn.
