I posted this on the transportation board, but I don't think I will get as many responses as I would on this board.

I'm wondering if anyone would know what WDW resort would have the best-most effiecient transportation to the parks during peak seasons (i.e. Easter break)?

The reosrt choices are Contemporary, any Disney moderate, Hilton (DTD), and Swan/Dolphin. We already have a room booked, but I'm wondering if I made a mistake since we only have 4 days at WDW and it is going to be busy! Thank you

We stayed during Easter week several years ago, and I have to say the parks were very crowded. That is the one and only time we stayed off site, and I learned my lesson, so we will never do that again. The parks were filled to capacity that week. In fact one day they closed the Magic Kingdom by 11 AM. I would choose the Contemporary. You have the monorail and boats, and you can even walk to the MK if you wanted too. Plus you have several good restaurants at the CR, and you are just a monorail ride away from the restaurants at the Polynesian and GK, along with a boat ride to the WL.

Thank you! I'm leaning towards the Contemporary due to the price. My huband likes the idea of booking two rooms at POR (he like the theme), but I'm worried about the bus situation. Anywhere we stay- I know I'll be happy as long as we get to go!

If the MK holds most interest, I would go to the CR. We stayed at WL this past Easter. It was easy to get back to the CR but we waited a quite a while for the boats to WL.

The reason I like D/S is because I love the easy access to Epcot and MGM.
