Resort Transportation After Cruise

Does anyone know if we can book transportation to a Disney resort for after our cruise while we are on our cruise? We are doing a 4 day cruise on the Dream on July 1st. I can't remember on our past cruises if you were able to book the bus back to a Disney resort while on the ship. I usually book directly through Disney, but this time we traded in using our timeshare. It is just a hassle to call them and have them book. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I think you have to do it a certain amount of time before you dock (3 days seems to ring a bell) so do it your first day on board just for safety.
