Resort to ship transfer question

I booked a 4 day cruise for this June AND bookended the trip with a two-night stay at Polynesian before the cruise and a two-night stay at Boardwalk after the cruise. Since I did not book the resort stays through the DCL site, how do I get the ground transportation option?

I booked my cruise through a TA and she was able to add it on for me so I would say add it through the same channels you booked the rest of your trip.

If you used a travel agent, they can add it. Otherwise, call DCL. They don't care that you booked the hotel separately.

So in other words, I have to call DCL to set that up. Just wondering if there was a way to do it online.
