Resort to resort

I am hoping that I can get a link to a site that would show how to get from one resort to another.

Does this exist?

Your best bet would probably be hop a bus at Resort A that goes to the nearest theme park or DTD, and then hop the appropriate bus there that's going to Resort B. (Unless of course the two resorts are on the monorail line.)
