Resort-to-Resort calls

Is there a quick method for calling another disney resort from your own?

We have cousins that recently told us will be down at the same time, but at AKL. We were wondering if the operator can forward us, or if we need to call the hotel directly.

(We'll be facebooking in between I think... )

Just press "0" on the phone in your room and politely ask the operator if they can connect you with your cousins room in the other resort. They will happily do that for you and there won't be any charge.

You will never be able to call the resort directly; your calls get sent to a Central Call Center.

You will have to do as noted above; dial "0" for the operator and they will transfer you.

CMs have a way to dial from site-to-site, but it's such a pain even they usually dial '0' for Guest Connect services and let them do it.
