Resort to cruise

Hi,

We're thinking of doing a 3night cruise in May 2012 but when I did a dummy booking I was only offered transport from the airport to the cruise or the other way. Does this mean you can't get transport from a resort? we saw loads of buses for the cruiseline when we were at akl. Also it was £45 for the two of us, is taxi the only other option? I'm guessing this would cost a far bit though too.

Transfers are available from Disney resorts or the airport.
$35pp one way or $69pp round trip. For 2 people its probably cheaper than a taxi. Only other option is car rental.

Edit, had a look and I only get airport offered. Maybe someone can post who has added, we always take car over. You must be able to add somehow.

It was the same for me when I booked our cruise in April - maybe there is a limit on the numbers and you have to book early?
I have heard of people using ME to the airport and taking the cruise line bus from there but it seems like a lot of bother personally, plus it gets there later than I would like. I also priced up a private transfer which was $120 each way
I will probably just take the hire car and park there as we are only doing a 3 day cruise but I might use one of the hotels there the night before for convenience and an early start.

I had this issue when I booked. Just book airport to cruise and the return leg online and after you are booked you can phone up or email Disney Cruise Line any they will move the transfers to resort ones and you just name the resort you are staying in (I believe they now pick up from all Disney resorts). Its costs $1 extra to pick up/return to resorts per person.

You can add transfers whenever you want, I think it will be blocked for 2012 as the resort rates have not been released.
