Resort storage ?

We will be arriving by plane at 2:30 then taking ME to POFQ. I assume that we will get to POFQ at around 4:00. We have tickets to P&PP so if our room is not ready, we will leave our carry-on bags in the resort storage room until we get back from MK which may be as late as 1:30 a.m.

This is my question: Will I be able to get my things out of storage at that time? Is someone working in that "department" 24 hours?

Actually, it will all magically appear in your room when you get back. Or at least mine was when I did that very same thing in Sept 06.

I'm pretty sure you will have to call for your carry on items that you put in storage, or you will have to go collect those items yourself.

When you put your items in storage you are given a claim ticket. Our checked baggage from the airline that was delivered via ME arrived in our room while we were out, but the items we checked with storage while we went to the park had to either be collected by us in person or we had to call to have them delivered and we had to show the claim ticket. I'm reasonably certain there is always someone there so you can collect your stored carry on items.

If you get to Port Orleans at 4:00, your chances of your room being ready are tremendous. It's good to have a backup plan but I highly doubt you will need to use it.
