Resort season question - Honeymoon

I've been looking at resorts, etc and I have a question about value and regular season.
It looks like value season starts on 11/25. I already booked flights for 11/24, the last day of regular season. If we check in on 11/24, are we locked into the regular rate for the entire stay, or will it change to the value rate on 11/25?

I've been working at it online and it looks like that whatever date you check in on, that is the rate that is applied to the entire stay.

If so, our only choice would be to check in room only one night on 11/24, then switch on 11/25?

The old way was your rate stayed the same from your check-in date.
Many people are posting when they call in, the prices for december when they check-in is value then it switches and the price goes up for holiday season.

Maybe they don't have november programmed in yet?

Your best bet is to call into CRO and ask there, either they can give you the better pricing, or stick w/ 2 reservations. A 1 day, then the rest of the length of your trip. If you have to do 2 ressies ask them to link them.
