We are reserving two rooms for our trip and we will be on a package with tickets and dining. I want a room key only to each room. Does anyone if this can be done?

TIA!

Your dining credits are pooled, but each person needs a ticket to get into the parks.

So you would have to have them pull your tickets off the package and issue you paper tickets. I think only guest relations can issue paper tickets, but you can check the sticky on the Theme Parks and Strategies board for more information on tickets.

I think I asked my question in a confusing way, sorry!

I don't want to take the dining or tickets off the KTTW cards. I only want a room only key to both rooms so that we can get into them. We are a family of six with two rooms.

I'm sorry, I still don't understand your question. Your KTTW card IS also your room key. And everyone in your party will have a key for their room (which will also hold their ticket and dining privileges. If what you mean is that you want to be able to open both rooms yourself, just keep one of the cards for one of the occupants of the other room.

Yes, the story of me...confusing LOL!

I want to be able to open both room doors with "keys" that don't have anything tied to them.

The scenario is this.

DH and I are checking into a one bedroom villa at BCV on July 14.
DD, DS, DDBF, DM are arriving on July 19.
DS and DM will stay in the one bedroom villa with DH and I.

DD and DDBF will stay in the second room, a studio villa, checked in on July 19.

Since we have tickets and the dining plan -all four arriving on July 19 - are listed on the reservation in the studio room.

I want my DM to have a key to the one bedroom villa where she is sleeping.

I want a key to my DD's studio room in case there is a problem.

I hope this clears up my confusing question.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. those staying in the 1 bedroom half got a key to that room, those staying in the studio half that created the 2nd bedroom got the key to that room. They wouldn't give us keys to the other doors even though it created one villa.

I understand what you are asking. You want to be able to get into Both of the rooms. When we had 2 rooms (my Mom in one, my family in the other) I wanted a room key to her room as well (the kids ended up sleeping in there quite a bit). Although it took a lot of convincing, they were eventually able to issue a separate room key only.

Just ask for them to be keyed the same. Then you can use your key to get into either room.
