My mom and I are planning on going to Disney Christmas 2008. We aren't bring the boys this time and we would like to go to a nicer restaurant that isn't too expensive. Do you have any ideas? We have been to the Concourse Steakhouse and Cape May Cafe, but we are looking for something that has good ribs or steaks. Thanks

'Nicer" and "not too expensive" are a difficult combination to match up at WDW. Suggest looking at the menus available on our boards. When you find some places that have ribs and steak that look good to you, maybe some folks can help. I usually go to the "nicer" signature restaurants and none of those have "ribs" in the classic sense.

You may want to try the Yacht Club Galley. They have a couple of different steaks on their menu, but no ribs. Their food is very good, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable.
