Resort renovations question

We are planning a trip soon and I am looking for information on which resorts have been redone/updated recently.
I know there are new DVC resorts but I'm not interested in those.
Which resorts have new bedding and/or furnishings etc.?
Also, we would not like construction happening during our trip so what resorts should we avoid in the next year?

The WL is getting ready to start a DVC expansion project that is scheduled to run through 2016 and the Poly is currently undergoing refurb on the quiet pool.

The following resorts have had room refurbs completed within the last few years:

WL - spring/summer 2012
Poly - summer/fall 2013
GF - winter/spring/summer 2014
BWI - spring 2014
CBR - spring 2014 (standard/preferred rooms); summer/fall 2015 (pirate rooms)
BC - currently being refurbed, with the YC starting sometime later this year or next

If there are others I haven't thought of, hopefully someone else will add them.

I am staying at BC right now in a floor 1 room that has been newly refurbished. Since I understand they began room refurbishment on top floor to bottom floor, I assume BC room refurbishment is now complete. I might add the rooms are beautiful . Also, as op has stated CBR has just finished room renovations a few months ago, but I do not believe they did anything to the pirate themed rooms.
