That's exactly what I am saying.
@traveler9 posted about it here on DIS based on their personal experience. A warning is posted but no reported action. Just that Disney has the right to enforce it at any time. It worked the same way with Fastpass+ the same type warning lingered out there until Disney began to enforce it.
First they posted the notice when LLMP launched July 24th while the 5 day cancel window was in place when Room Only reservations was in place. Then they announced that the 8 day window would take effect on January 9th which covers the 7 day advanced booking window for LLMP.
