Resort pricing: adult vs child

Hi everyone I hope I'm posting this in the right place. We got our reservations from Dreams (thank you Teresa!) for April 2024. Our whole party is 11 total, 6 adults and 5 kids. Each family has their own reservation, 4 families total. My immediate family's room will have 2 adults and one child. Another family's room will have 1 adult and 2 children. Both rooms are scheduled for All Star Movies for 8 nights. The reservation for the family with 1 adult and 2 children is $900 less than my immediate family's quote for 2 adults and 1 child, same dates, same resort, same room level.

I believe this is due to the pricing difference of adults vs. kids per room. Is that correct?

One or two adults is the same price for room.

Do you also have tickets?

Yes, everyone has 6 day base tickets. Pretty sure we figured it out. One of the kids’ age was entered incorrectly as “2”. Both kids in that room will be 11 at time of travel. .

The family in that room is requesting an updated quote with both kids’ correct ages.
