Resort prices in November 2020

We are planning a trip to Disney World in the fall and I was checking room rates for October and November to see when is the best time to go. I noticed that the room rates jump on Thursday November 5-7th. What is going on at that time for the rates to be so high?

Isn’t that the start of Jersey week?

I just checked it out and yes it is the start of Jersey week. Being from Canada, I had no idea. Other then the increase in room rates, is that a bad week to go?

I’ve never been that week (I go the end of November) but yes it is supposed to be more crowded than usual.
