Resort pools & 'floaties' from home

I don't recall on my last trip what people did.
I am wondering whether to take any of my toddler's pool toys. (We are driving, so it is no big deal to throw them in the trunk).
Can you use your own inflatables and noodles etc in the resort pools?

I believe you can use foam noodles in the resort pools since they were selling them at CSR.
I've never seen any inflatables in the Disney resort pools other than children in water wings. My guess is because they make it difficult for lifeguards to see if anyone is in trouble. They also take up a fair amount of space.

Last year at SAB people had their own tubes. We brought them and never had enough time to use them. Hopefully this year we will have more time at pool and less time in parks.

I think it varies from resort to resort. We bought our noodle at SAB at Y & B club and have been able to use ds's little tube at OKW but were told at the GF by the lifegurd at the Zero entry pool that they don't allow them so I guess it's hit and miss.
