How late are you allowed to swim in resort pools/relax in resort jacuzzis?

I was wondering about this for the Dolphin as well

We've gone swimming at AKL and PC into the wee hours of morning, had CMs walk right past us and not kick us out. I think if you are quiet and not disturbing anyone, they don't care.
