Resort Photography Locations and Q for DCL brides

We definitely just don't have the cash budgeted for a resort photo shoot after our DCL wedding. However, we will be visiting WDW for a few days after the cruise and I'd love to sort of do a TTD shoot around Disney property. I've read that this is totally okay if you have an outside photographer (we do).

So my question is, what are some unique locations that you think would be pretty for a TTD/after-wedding shoot?

And here's my second Q, for DCL brides:
Did any of you get pictures in your dress somewhere at port? Our cruise goes to Nassau, which in the past I've never been super impressed with. However, I started thinking, wouldn't it be pretty to get some pics in front of the pink Government building on the square and maybe take a taxi over to the Cloisters and get some shots there? Has anyone ever done this? Is it even allowed? I don't see how it wouldn't be, but just making sure.

I just think these would be fantastic photo locations, but I don't know if it's actually DOABLE.

We personally didn't have time to go through the whole process of getting off the boat and back on, but you can do it! (Think hair, makeup, and kids) They don't have any rules of you wearing your dress or anything. We chose to do pics all over the ship instead.

Those locations are gorgeous! If you can plan it well enough, you should be able to do it.

There are loads of locations you can do around the resorts. It just depends on what you want. The boardwalk is always fun. GF has some pretty areas, and you can see the castle in the background. The poly has awesome waterfalls that would make for great tropical themed pics.
