Hi all. I was wondering if someone could help me out with a question. I've searched the forums and maybe I missed it but..

DB & I are looking to schedule a private resort photo session for our August trip. Does anyone know how long in advance can we call to book it? I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks all! xoxo

They told me 30 days when I called. That was last summer though. Photos turned out awesome by the way! Good luck

We went in 2010 and we were able to schedule 90 days in advance. We did it at Grand Floridian and it was well worth it. Even used some of the pics as my son's senior pictures for high school. Only downside for us was that it was 35 degrees the day we did it in December!

In Nov., 2010, we did a family photo shoot at the GF. Last year, my daughter took her senior pictures at the BC in October. Both times we booked our session 90 days in advance.

Thanks everyone! I'm going to be booking the BC for our photo session :) I'm so excited!!! :woohoo:

In 2010 I actually called them more than 90 days in advance and asked when I could book and they let me book it then. But at the time it was still being run by Photopass, not Disney Fine Photography. We did another one last year at the GF and I only booked that one about 30 days out and there was still plenty availability because I changed the time and date a few times and had not problem scheduling anything I asked for. I don't think they book up that quickly or too fully. It's one of the lesser advertized services offered by Disney.

FWIW, both our sessions were really worthwhile IMO. We did the 20 minute session both times :thumbsup2

Last year we did an 8 am one as well (previous year was around 5 pm). The morning light certainly made for an easier session with less glare so I think you've been very wise. Enjoy! :thumbsup2
