Do they still give these out? If not how do they handle it at the parks? Won't scanning a magic band of each car take too long? Thanks

They scan Magic Bands at parks. It takes no longer than taking money for those who are paying.

They scan your MB, it only takes a second.

Just stayed at POR this weekend and got a parking pass. We took Disney transportation everywhere so we didn't go to other hotels or parks with the car.

Some resorts still give passes. Many/most don't. If you don't have one they scan the band.
