We stayed in POR on our last trip.

What other resorts do you recommend and why? Cribs are not an option, but a trundle bed is, at least for a few more years.

There are no more trundles. POR refurbed rooms now have murphy bed. Aside from POR, the other options are the Fw cabins, 2 rooms at a value, family suites at AoA, or All Stars, a Deluxe resort (except WL or AKL ) or a dvc villa.
I excluded WL and AKL but it depends on age of youngest, if under 3 they can be in those rooms in a pack n play

Value family suites
Two standard rooms at a value or moderate
1 bedroom DVC villas at AKV, OKW or BLT
2 bedroom DVC villas at BCV, BWV or VWL
Standard room at Contemporary, Poly or GF
Standard room at BC or YC (both resorts have rooms with the daybed, though if your room doesn't have one, they have rollaway cots available)
