Hey everyone, I just wanted to get an opinion on booking a resort for next spring break time (College -- March 2-8). I booked a room-only yesterday for a Woods View at WL through Disney. I know I get most likely get a cheaper room by booked through a TA or using AAA, but am completely torn. I plan on proposing during this time period and really just want to make it as perfect an experience as possible with getting everything that we want (including the DDP). She loves fireworks and I wanted to make sure that we got a room where we could see MK and the fireworks there if at all possible. What does everyone think, is the extra money worth it to book through Disney to get everything that I want or should I take the risk and book the package through a TA?

Any discounts that a TA or AAA can give you, you can also get by booking through Disney. There are no secret, special discounts that only a TA can give you.

Take a look at mousesavers.com. If you find a rate code that applies for your trip, just call Disney and have them apply it to your reservation.

We always book a room using AAA discount by calling Disney directly. If you are going to book a package, I think you have to go through AAA and book it through them.
