We will be enjoying a resort only stay for 9 nights at Boulder Ridge and I am adding 2 extra nights along the Skyliner area. We love, love Pop Century but am wondering who can give me reviews of Caribbean Beach since all the renovations. We are not visiting parks so the bus issue is not important. Just your thoughts please on where you would stay. My daughter is 10 and we will be spending 90% of pur trip relaxing poolside. No Coronavirus discussion please. Thank you!

I would pick Caribbean Beach, esp. if you are doing a resort-only stay. Like you said, that pool will be so fun and it has a little slide! Pop pool is kinda meh. And you can walk around the lake, play on the playground, play in the sand, etc. The dinning options look good too. And I love the updated decor in the rooms. I have to say: I have never stayed at CB, but have been thinking about it for our next trip and researched it a ton.
Only downside is that CB is really spread out. If you were going to the non-skyliner parks, waiting on the internal bus loop would stink (we did that at Saratoga Springs and it is a pain in the booty when you are tired at the end of the night coming back from the parks).

Thank you! Yes it would be for relax by the pool only and of course enjoy the Skyliner. I have stayed at CB in 2010 & 2014 and loved it but yes the bus was the only negative for us when visiting parks. So hard to decide. The renovations do look wonderful.
