I know that has been discussed in theory a few times on here, however I have not read or don't recall reading that any of our UK DISers have tried it.

The reason I ask is out of sheer curiosity - which is what drove me to ring Disney in the US at 1 am to find out why the system won't give me the option to do so. After speaking to 3 different, very helpful, CMs, the third of which was a supervisor, it was explained to me that since the system upgrade in February for some reason UK reservations are not recognised on the OLCI system and therefore it is not possible to use this feature at present.

I am partly posting this as a heads up, however with an open mind as I realise that it is possible that this information is not correct.

I intended to ring Disney UK today but never got a spare moment to do so. Anyone have any experience with this to the contrary of the information given to me?

We did online check in 2010 on a UK WDW reservation. Not heard about it not being possible this year.

This is the first I have heard of it too, so it's not really a statement of new policy I made, but rather an invitation to anyone who has tried it out since Feb of this year. You are right, it was certainly possible last year as I went as far as I could without hitting the submit button. Again, this was out of curiosity so I am not really bothered about whether I can do it or not, but again, curiosity got the better of me and since we can't see our resort ressies on the US site anymore since the system upgrade at the beginning of the year I wondered if it would pull it up 10 days (or less) out from check in.
