resort not available to dvc but available to non dvc

New member to DVC looking for last minute rooms for a week and only find Saratoga Springs Resort . But checked Disney, and BLT is available for non DVC member. Can You get those rooms?

There are different inventories:
DVC - those available for points bookings.
Non-DVC - Cash only are resort rooms that are non-declared inventory (still owned by DVC) and rooms that members have traded out for trips (IE: DCL, ABD, etc).
Not availabe for booking - Rooms that are down for maintenance.
At 60 days out, DVC can send to CRO rooms that have not booked for points for CRO to book on cash. DVC can request these rooms back if a reservation is requested.
If the room is one traded out, I do not believe they can pull those back.

Nope you are only able to get DVC inventory which is different to cash

If you are within in 10 days, give member services a call.

From the member website:

Accommodation inventory is the same whether you book online or through Member Services, except within 10 days of arrival. For close-in bookings, if you do not receive your desired selection, you may contact Member Services.
