resort mugs - non-caffeinated beverages

Due to a medical condition I cannot drink caffeinated beverages at all and am trying to decide if buying a resort mug is worth it. It seems from looking at the info. here that most beverages offered at the refill stations are caffeinated - coffee, tea, coke, diet coke, Barq's rootbeer, etc... I did see Sprite. Are there any other non-caffeinated beverage offerings? Is water available as well? (I wish they'd offer caffeine-free coke!) Thanks!

I too can not drink caffeine and I still always buy a refillable mug. I know there is Sprite, Orange Pop, Lemonade and sometimes a Diet Caffeine Free Coke. There is always water available (as far as I can remember) and there is also Decaf Coffee and Teas. I don't actually use the mug that much, I purchase more as a souvenir but I do know there are options available for you.

If I remember correctly they usually offer a caffine free coke and diet coke in addition to sprite, lemonade, decaf tea, orange fanta and I think the root beer is caffine free also. I am sure you can find something to fill up your mug that is caffine free! (They also had Hi-C fruit punch that my kids loved)

What resort are you styaing at? I know at POP they do NOT have caffine free coke or diet caffine free.
There is Sprite and Lemonade, not sure about the orange pop, I know most orange sodas don't carry caffine but a few do. So check that.

I too can't have caffine and drink Sprite when at WDW...it stinks but whatcha gonna do??

I kicked the habit 12 years ago.

your best bet is usually going to be sprite or lemonade.

Barq's does have caffeine (most root beers dont) and some orange sodas do (but not Fanta)

I'm on a constant search for caffeine-free diet coke. A couple years ago, it was at Y&BC, but not on my most recent trip. I've never found it at AKL. In April, however, it was at POR, and I was so happy. In the parks, the only place I ever saw it was at the French Bakery shop. Oh, yeah-I can see me going through that line, ignoring all the yummy-looking pastries, and just getting some caffeine-free diet coke.:lmao:Not gonna happen!
Most resort refill stations have lemonade, which seems to be the best bet for no caffeine.

I know that the Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary and Captain Cook's in the Polynesian, their drink machines have Coke Zero.

POP had caffeine free diet coke last year. I was drinking so much in the heat, I couldn't take that many regular diet cokes. Would have been bouncing off the walls.

The food courts also have Gold Peak Iced Tea machines. It has a sweetened green tea. Pretty sure that is low in caffeine, but I'm not sure if it's entirely caffeine free.
