We used Garden Grocer for the second time and it went through without a hitch again. Truly a no worry order. I even purchased wine lol.
I used the GG app this time. Once I submitted they called immediately to confirm my order details. The items arrived in our chosen window of time and when we got to our room we called and it was delivered by a resort staffer. Awesome.
FYI I just purchased perishables mostly like fruit and milk. Snacks for the kids I purchased at BJ’s warehouse and packed them in our suitcase to save money.

We had Instacart delivered to Wilderness Lodge BRV on 10/5 with no issues. Groceries were at bell services. No alcohol was in our order.

We are staying at All Star Movies and plan to order some groceries as some of the kids have dietary restrictions that from my research can't be filled at the grab and go in the resort (Almond Milk and other dairy replacement items). We are also going to order snacks and quick breakfast items to avoid the morning bustle at the food court. When bell services delivers the delivery items to our room and we are not there to receive it will they just leave it in the room and how do we tip them if we are not there? There will be no alcohol in the delivery.

No. They will not deliver to your room unless you are in it.

And how do we tip them if we are not there?

And this is the main reason they won't.

I have been looking on the amazon now page and notice some items are not always available. Has anyone had trouble getting the specific diapers they wanted? Wondering if its worth getting those sent in advance through regular prime.

I used Amazon Prime Now staying at All-Star Movies the day before our Disney Cruise. Great way to get your allowed beer and wine before boarding the ship.

FYI, as of September 28, Amazon Prime Now delivers from Whole Foods in the Orlando area [they deliver from 3 of the Whole Foods stores].

Instacart also still delivers from Whole Foods as well.

I did a price comparison and it looks like the per item prices for items from Whole Foods are the same between Amazon Prime Now and Instacart. For the items I checked [about two dozen] both had them.

Is this with Amazon Prime? We just had a new driver for our deliveries last week, and they delivered to the Contemporary so you might want to leave the last part of and just have it say BLT, then add a note that says it's the building next door.

We used Walmart Grocery for the first time during our August stay at Kidani. I would definitely use them again, it was cheaper when I priced it out versus Instacart. We still used Instacart for wine and beer delivery. Communication was good and the delivery was within the time frame.

Just from playing around on the site, haven't actually places an order since they added from Whole Foods:

- for each item it shows whether it is from Amazon or Whole Foods -- some items you can get from both and sometimes there is a price difference [usually small]; for items available from both youc hoose which "store" you want it from; from items available from only one or the other you will know which it is coming from.

- Whole foods seems to run out less often, but they do sometimes run out of some things.

We just used Walmart Grocery Delivery and it went quite well!! We are staying at Wilderness Lodge in a villa. They unloaded with Bell Services and we met them down in the lobby. We did have to sign for delivery with the walmart delivery person (not sure who he actually worked for).

We plan on using walmart also. What happens of you arent available for the delivery? Are they able to just leave at bell service?

Does anyone know if Shipt is available in the Orlando area? We are from Nebraska & utilize Shipt around here. It's similar to Instacart (but better, IMO), and it would be kinda nice to use it on our WDW trips!

Yes, Shipt is available. They shop at Publix and Winn-Dixie. I haven't used them in Orlando, but I'm going to use them next month when we come to WDW. I use Shipt in Michigan, so I thought I would use it in Florida, too!

Somewhere in this thread I asked about Shipt and someone replied and said they were happy with them.
