Resort gift shop question

This is a strange question. We are arriving pretty early on our next trip. I know we won't be able to get into our room yet but we still want to stop by and check in. I usually like to go to the gift shop while my mom checks in. We want to go straight to the Magic Kingdom after that. If I buy stuff at the gift shop, would they be able to send it up to our room so I don't have to take it to the park?

Or at the very least, hold it at the store until you return and pick it up.

Bell Services could hold it for you if the gift shop won't hold it and won't send it up to your room. If they are holding your luggage, make sure they know to put this bag with your luggage so it all goes to your room together when you call down later.

Don't know what time is early to you, but in July we got to the POFQ at 7am and our room was ready! I did online check-in and told them what time we would be there. There was a place to check that the most important thing was that our room was ready and it was! We had Building 5-3rd floor with a great river view and it was ready and we were off to the MK by RD!

Since you'll be staying there, why not just wait to buy it when you get back from the park? Whatever it is will still be there.

Well we will probably be at the park until closing. So that means the gift shop will be closed then. But I'll be asking the cast members
