In answer to Tinkerbelle's question, the original name of the Contemporary was Tempo Bay Resort Hotel.

The Villas at the Disney Institute consist of 5 different types of accomodations...name 3.

They were origianally planned as single family residences. Also in 1974, a construction cnotract was awarded for residential development of an adult retirement community. Hope one of these is the answer you were looking for!
