Nope -- Chips and Slices is a new snack place by the pool near the Welcome Center. The snack bar offers a surprising variety of sandwiches and finger foods, including some sushi. At the Disney Institute....

If so here is my question

There are 5 resort areas, name them, the number of Disney Resort otels located in each and lastly the grand total of Disney Resort Hotles inside WDW

Officially there are only 4 areas listed:

Magic Kingdom area:
Contemporary
Grand Floridian
Polynesian
Wilderness Lodge
Fort Wilderness

Epcot area:
Boardwalk
Swan & Dolphin
Yacht Club
Beach Club
Caribbean Beach

Animal Kingdom area:
Al Star resorts
Animal Kingdom Lodge
Coronado Springs

Downtown Disney area:
Old Key West
Disney Institute
Port Orleans FQ


I can not give you a total with out knowing if you want to list the Swan & Dolphin separate and the YC and BC separate. Also do you want to count Pop Century?

I still have never seen any listing for a 5 WDW area.

Wait, I'm stumped. A 5th resort area? Maybe someone can help me out?

THere are 20 hotels, 21 if you inlcude Pop Century. Am I sort of close? I won't ask another question until I get feedback on this answer.

Sorry I made a mistake on the 5 areas, made the question off the top of my head but no one has answered quite right yet I asked for Disney Resort Hotels and the Swan, Dolphin and Shades of Green are not Disney Resort Hotels, Sw and D are listed as the Walt Disney World Swan and the Walt Disney World Dolphin, whereas all the other hotles are listed as Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort etc...Sorry my question was a bit unclear

Also there are 21 Disney Resort Hotels, excluding Swan, Dolphin, and Shades of Green (21 when you count All Stars S, Mo and Mu seperatley and add Pop Century)

One of the moderate hotels has rooms that are (square footage) that the other 3 hotels. I mean regular rooms are bigger on whole which is it?

Yep it is the Cbr, hmmm I'm guessing the answer to your question is one of the AS resorts but I'm not sure

In which restaurant will the waiters make you ride around the room on a toy horse if you ask for ketchup?

In Walt Disney's original 5 year plan, he had proposed building 5 resorts around the MK. Each resort was to be an extension of a "land" in the MK. What "lands" goes with the Contemporary and Polynesian resorts and what resort was supposed to be built where the Grand Floridian now stands?

Sorry that is not correct , My question stands unanswered. "Which resort does "Humphrey" live in? hint: Older character, & was the resorts 1st ambassador, before pooh and his friends moved in on it. Good luck

I think that the Venetian (sp?) which was never built was supposed to be where the GF is, as for the lands, Contemporary is an extention of tomorrowland and the poly of adventureland
