Where can our family of 5 stay on site Disneyland Paris? Everything says maximum 4 guests for every hotel I have seen so far. I read something about suites. Can they be booked online?

There are family suites at the Newport bay, and the Davy Crockett Ranch cabins can hold up to 7, as well as Pierre et Vacances. I'm not sure about the Kyriad, My Travellers, Radisson, Holiday Inn or the Hotel Elysee [spelling????]

It is a pest if you don't fit that perfect 2 adults, 2 kids scenario - but I would really recommend the Davy Crockett Ranch!

PS I think you have to book suites by phone [and I do think other hotels apart from NPB do them] the numbers are

From UK 0870 6066800
From Ireland 01923 273027
From other countries: 00 33 1 60 30 60 90

I don't think we will be able to stay at the Davy Crockett ranch because we will more than likely not have a car. Don't you have to drive yourself to and from there?

Yes, you have to drive - we hired a car from hertz - they have a branch in DLRP.Pierre et Vacances might have a shuttle service, I'll look it up.

If you go to Newport Bay you can show 5 people in your booking and it will give you the price. Prepare for a shock suite prices are not for the faint hearted ;)

For the 5 of us we found the Davy Crockett ranch excellent and will probably go back there again.

Sounds like my options are limited. Would love to have done Disneyland Hotel. Priced out at $700 per night. Seems silly to have to make ressie's for another room or suite just to fit one small child. I wonder why they don't offer something like POR.

They state it is for insurance options, but as a family of 5 with fairly young children it is a shame the option is not there :sad1:

We hired a car from CDG :)

As silly as it may sound, I'm scared :scared1: to do this. I have never been to France before and the less complicated I can make it for us the better. I would rather take a shuttle or just walk to the parks. My DH has been to Fenace before and lived two years in Germany but that was 10 years ago.

Thanks anyway!

The MyTravel Explorers hotel has a cool system of connecting rooms, so that you can almost customise your layout to fit different numbers of people in.

I believe you choose from 4, 6 or 10 people, so they could be just right if there's 5 of you. I can't find a layout plan of the rooms at the moment, but maybe someone else can?

Edit: You get a double and two singles in one room, and then you can add to this an extra, small adjoining room with bunk beds. If you still need more room, then you can add another second full room with a double and two more singles. I hope this helps!

We stayed at the Explorers last July and would recommend it. In our eyes the only down side to the hotel was the 20 minutes plus wait for the free shuttle, depending on the pick up it could be full when it got to us! We walked from the park to the hotel two nights (because of the long queue for the shuttle) if I remember rightly it took us around 25 minutes, a very pleasant walk actually.

Again as you may be able to see by my signature , another fan of Davy Crockett ranch.

You may find it cost effective to hire a car & stay at the ranch then rent a suite.

We love it & CDC has agreat pool

We've stayed at the Explorers twice now. We are a family of 5 and the extra space the adjoining bunk room gives is brilliant. :goodvibes
I agree the only downside to this hotel is the shuttle bus. Like Diane, we often walk to/from the parks. It was just as pleasant in the winter as in the summer and beat getting cold waiting for a bus! :cold: Christmas Day we did it both ways and beat the bus both times! :rotfl:

I was thinking of booking two rooms at a moderate. Again, I would love to stay at Disneyland Hotel but there is no way I'm getting two rooms there just for one extra child!! It would end up costing $1,400 a night USD!!!

Anyone know how much suites go for there?

We've stayed at My Travels and this last trip was at Moevenpick. My Travels we stayed in a room for 6, two twins, a double, and a bunk bed set in a smaller room.

Moevenpick we had connecting rooms, we had a king bed and bunk beds, we also had a portable crib in the room.

We found it to be much more resonable cost wise to get the rooms and tickets seperatly. We got APs for 5 of us at 103euro a piece.
