Overall we have been pretty happy with DVC and our resort, however this is the second time where the front desk at AKL Kidani left a lot to be desired. What is the best place to send this feedback to? We were thinking our sales rep. Other ideas?

Yes, use the Member Satisfaction email to contact DVC with a problem. Your guide (sales rep) only wants to hear from you if you want to buy more points.
It's a good idea to let DVC know but the resort needs to know what went wrong. I would have also contacted the resort manager while I was at the resort.
