Resort Drink Cups - design?

can someone tell me what the current design is for the drink cups in the hotel. I hope it is different from the one's I have - need more drink cups for the car anyway and would like something different.

The refillable mugs are the same this year as last year's. There wasn't a change in 2010...at least not yet. Speculation is the mugs will continue to be the same as the Celebrate promo is still in affect.

It is the red and white ones with the red, black or yellow handle and top.

Sounds like the resort mugs are not resort specific, but generic?

Technically, for "split stays" you I guess are supposed to just use them at 1 resort, but if they are generic, who know? In my opinion, with Disney Prices the way they are, if you are doing a split stay, it is unreasonable to think that a guest is expected to purchase mugs say for a family of 6 twice in one week....

I guess the "refillable mug police" will have to catch our family of 6!!!!!!!!

Actually there has been 1 change. At first the mugs had the white bottoms, now they are red all the way to the bottom. At least they were last time I went.

After this trip we will have over 20 of these mugs.

Alrighty then. Here's the thing. Many, many people, myself included, do split stays. I sincerely doubt that anyone, Disney included, cares if you buy 5 mugs at POP and then take them with you when you move over to the CR..at least on the same trip. At one time, Disney even said it was fine to do that...that was about the same time they started with the generic mugs.
Now, the wording is that you have to use the mug at the resort at which it was purchased, but no one is going to give anyone else a hard time if they switch resorts.

Yay, different from the ones we got in 2008....the kids will be excited to have new mugs.
