Resort dining options closed?

We are staying at Caribbean Beach in mid November, and read where the restaurants would all be closed for refurbishment. We read there would be several "grab and go" options. Has anyone had any experience staying in a resort when their dining options were all closed?

There are several Disney resorts with limited dining, POFQ has no table service and limited QS at Boardwalk and OKW (we are at OKW in two weeks). But I don't know that any resorts ever had these type of closures all at once. I would have to say that if it is really going to effect your vacation than you should consider changing resorts as many did at WL during their refurb. Call the resort and find out and express your concerns and then make a decision. All in all even if you have to switch resorts, it's better then going to work. Have a great trip.
