Resort Choices Limited? When Booking Online-Help!

I've been trying to book a trip for November 9-13 w/FD offer and it seems Disney hotels choices are limited. There is still availability, but when I select an alternative Disney hotel that is not listed on suggested offerings, it comes up with the "red" message indicating hotel choice not available for those dates, please call Disney agent.

Does this mean, they are SOLD OUT at that property? Or Does this mean that particular resort is not part of special offer (i.e. Free Dining)?

I'm just obsessively worried that the time I've selected on going will be super crowded. My dates are set since work gifted me the airline tickets, but in a bit of a panic.

Please help explain or offer feedback.

You should call. I have had this happen to me several times. When I call sometimes there is availability at all or some of the resorts that I was trying to book online. I'm not sure why that happens.

If you play with the dates, you will see more resort choices open up. EX: try Nov10-15 for example. So I don't think it will be super crowded.

Jersey week does begin 11/8 and also there is a half marathon that weekend. I don't think the crowds will be holiday-level or anything, but if it were me, I would try to go into the next week - we've always had good luck the week before Thanksgiving.
As far as the room booking, they only allow so many rooms per resort with any promotion, including FD. I'll bet if you tried to book any of the resorts you are being denied outside of the promo, you would have no problem.
