Well I can't change my May trip cause nothing else I've thought about is available. I've been thinking about changing my September trip to 3 nights BWI/ 3 nights AKL CL so we can go on the Sunrise Safari. What do you think?

I did though, left Poly GV CL...to GF GV...saved some $$ And DVC pts, not that DH is even happy abt that

SO..I changed my Sept trip too! I like the 3 and 3 split...you cant beat AKL CL..just visit my pal RachelTori's thread abt CL....she is an AKL CL expert (I said that, she doesnt proclaim it )
And BWI would have you right in the action...and hopefully you can plan for the safari, there is a sunset one and a Wildlife Excursion for CL guests too!!

DH got me a present today. It's an animated Fantasia Plaque, limited edition.

He came across it on a fluke and bought it for me. It talks and plays music and it was NEW in the box. A Disney freak bought it ten years ago to give it to a woman he wanted to marry, but it fell through. All this time it was upstairs in his attic! DH gave it to me along with a lovely poem.

I know this doesn't have squat to do with codes, rates and resorts, but hey!

Nope the only place with CL available in May (with the 4/3 deal) is BWI and we don't really want to stay there with the kids. I keep thinking about the GF (and those cabanas ) but they're booked and DH says he doesn't like it there anyway. (Doesn't he know this is about me ?)

I have hear rumors abt cabanas at the Poly...I have seen the pics of the ones at CR....the may be ready in May! I would let Poly's IPO know that if they become available by the time you arrive, you want one

I agree, Poly over BWI with the kids!!! Stop at Narcoosees for a drink with your DH if you can....he will see GF in a different light!! Or the lobby lounge....if Grandma is joining you...take a stroll over to GF one night!

Why Poly over BWI with the kids? I've never stayed at either. I Poly more kid friendly or just because of the monorail? I need to know for my next changing adventure....I know it's coming. For my DH, its all about the best for the least amount of money. We also need space because of the boys. My DS KEEPS bringing up Contemporary, DH actually said "didn't they just build something new? Did you think about that one?" (DUH...Yeah I think about that one all of the time ) We don't have a code yet but if we get one I may think about Contemporary.....(not my beloved wish for an Epcot resort).......so many resorts....

That is a tough one between an EPCOT resort and your stacked discounts. If a good code comes out and it should be out sometime between March 30th and April 2nd or 3rd, you might get a good enough one to either convince your DH (through the "savings" excuse) to book that EPCOT resort.

Right now Disney has been stacking code releases instead of releasing one the day after the other has expired, so I'm expecting something very soon! I'm excited to see what it is! I can't use it, but I want to see it -KWIM?

I just called to see if they could look up in the system to see if I had a pin code, and they said no. Oh well, maybe I'll try back later.

I changed resorts 3 times in the last two days.

I popped a nut a few days ago and told DH that the boys and I were going to WDW for Spring Break next month. He sort of looked at me and said "ok" very quietly. (He's a VERY good DH!)

I had POFQ and POR booked, but just now called and changed it to the Poly. I can't stand waiting any more. I keep putting a Poly trip off and at this rate will never get there.

So it's booked, it's done. I feel oddly calm and relaxed, and will get excited when I pull up to the entrance, unload our stuff, and walk through the front doors into the lobby to check in for the first time.

After weeks of mind changing I decided on, and booked POFQ for our upcoming wedding planning trip. A decisoin that I have been super happy about for weeks.

But then, last week I found myself on the WDW website, and saw that an upgrade to AKL or WL is only like £400/500.......

Problem is, one of these resorts is a possible Honeymoon hotel, but we don't know which yet, and I don't want to stay at the same place twice......but I can't stop thinking about them...

So I called today and there is no availabilty at AKL CL with the code. I'll check back.

Our kids are still young so they're not into Epcot so much. Plus the Poly has the zero entry pool. And the monorail .... We'll take the kids to an Epcot resort when they're older (probably BC.) The CL at BWI just looks very grown up to me.

I am taking my mom to the GF for tea and we went to breakfast at 1900 Park Fair last October. DH just felt uncomfortable there.

How you stayed at either of the two (AKL or WL?) I would probably stay WL for a honeymoon. Lots of nooks and private little areas around to cuddle with your new DH. AKL is one of my favorite resorts. It is far away from most of the parks and exotic. It may also be a good choice for a honeymoon if you are looking for exotic and different.....(I'm sure I'm not helping).

Here's hoping the work schedule/vacation schedule for the fall is finally set. We're not the only ones affected, and it's getting frustrating!
After 3, (now 4) vacation date changes, I'm wondering if it's OK to keep modifying my reservation, or whether it's better to just start fresh?

What do you all think?
