Thanks for posting this. I always tell people that I stayed with my grandmother at the Contemporary for $29 and they never believe that it was ever that cheap. Of course that was when Motel 6 still cost $6

Where did y'all hear that SAB would be open for the NBA? We are at BCV in early Aug and I know SAB is closed during initial phase, but I cannot imagine it will be open during the day for players that will be training.

We have a split stay and are supposed to check into GDT following the Beach Club (now Poly) so i appears nothing in this trip will be as we planned it, but that’s ok we are just ready to be back home.

That’s crazy! We check-in to YC first week of August and our MDE hasn’t changed. Report back in the morning (I assume you’re calling Disney in the a.m.) and let us know what happens.

For your sake I hope they can either open all stars or move you to Pop (or, yes, I would love for you to be moved to Poly at no charge ) but I wouldn't want you to have only the option to be moved at a higher cost as happened to me. Hoping you get one of the three better options. Truly hoping.

I have a booking for Sports for 7/5-7/9 and not received any notification from Disney of any kind that it's not happening. It just sits there in MDE recommending that I start check-in now.

I think I would call since you haven’t heard anything from them yet.

I was just joking (even though that would be a very magical upgrade). I would be happy if they announced they are opening POP for the value resorts. At this point I just wish they would tell us what they plan to do so we can make plans one way or the other.

You should call. They are modifying reservations with check outs through 7/11 so I am sure they can look at it for you now over the phone.
