Resort Change by Disney

I would stay on hold. Every person in front of you will clear out fast when they're told the system is down. And with luck the system might come back up by your turn.

They said I could try calling back tonight later or try again tomorrow. She said it had been down for 30 minutes so far.
 
At the 4 hour mark....loosing hope.

I'm giving it 10 more minutes on hold. I have to get up early for work. 5+ hours and I am tired. I will try first thing in the morning. It's harder to do this at work, but it might be my only option.
 
Getting nothing but busy signals and the occasional recording saying that my call cannot be completed at this time.
 
Ok, 7hrs, 7mins later.......yes, the system is down but the CM wrote down all my reservation #’s and wrote down my wish list. She said she will call me back once the system is back up and running. I still don’t know where I am staying in less than 3 weeks, but I have some hope that she will call me back!
 
Had a similar issue as previous posters. Started calling at 7 am, after several hundreds of calls when finally got through, it hung up on me after 3.5 hours while I was waiting for the special team. Another hundred calls later, when finally got through again and transferred to the special team, was on hold for 7 hours only just now to be told that the system was down. The cast member said the system was down for the last few hours, but that they only got the advisory around 40 minutes ago. Before I got transferred to the special team both times, I was told there was very limited availability for my category (club level) at Wilderness Lodge and Boardwalk Inn. They couldn’t find anything that was comparable to my specific category - club level deluxe room. Travel dates are 8/24/-9/4. They told me to call back tomorrow.
 
Same. 6 hours, 45 minutes to be told the system is down. We arrive in 20 days...to a closed hotel. Very nice cast member tho.

5h36m on hold for gs and I hung up. Will try again tomorrow morning because I won’t trying to make park reservations.
 
I am still waiting been waiting for 5 hours 20 min. It only took me about 5 minutes to get thru the first line for them to put me thru to GS
 
Just got off after 7 hrs told system down. Totally frustrated! Leave in 23 days. Told I would be called back. Work next 2 days and can't use phone. I'm usually really understanding but get your s.... together WDW!
