I just tried the actual resort number which I have no idea where it goes, and after a few tries it rang.

At least it's not Verizon cutting me off for busy circuits!

Pick one! lol, I chose my resort, not a random one (and this may go nowhere?) DH is calling the regular resort number at least to get on hold hopefully

If the upcharge is true, thats pretty crappy for the 5th sleeper moderates that need a room that sleeps 5, they havent provided a cost comparative option for those people and now making them pay hundreds more per night?

I swear the resort is my last hurdle. I got all the park reservations I wanted this morning, but we're a family of 5 at POR. What options do we even have? I'm just getting the busy signal now.

I am currently calling on a special TA line. Sorry I'm no help. But I did get a message that they weren't taking any more calls the first time and then I called back and got the message and the wait music.

Can anyone clarify what the cancellation policy would be for arrivals in September 2020. I've heard conflicting information.

You can cancel up until your check-in date. This is good through sometime in October (I think the 3rd).

For those of you holding, do you have music? I don't, and I'm wondering if I'm in some kind of error loop.

I have music most of the time but it does go silent regularly before a lady comes on with a message.

I had music. Then it went silent. That scares me.

I had to move our July trip to next July 2021 - I got a room only reservation because that was all they could at the time. When can I make this a package? Staying at Yacht Club.

All these reports of people having to pay to move resorts has me confused and frustrated honestly. I am booked under a TA rate and I have no idea how they are going to handle that. Hoping to hear something soon.

I lost my TA rate when my May trip cancelled and I had to rebook to June which moved to late July now. I am only 45 minutes on hold so far on the TA line. I am also concerned and frustrated about paying to move resorts. Please post what happens since you will obviously get through before I do.

I just called for the hotel reservation. I'm at All Star Sports for July 19. The cm that attended me said that I had to wait about 15 days because they were only working with arrivals until 11th of July and that if I waited for about 10 days they would move me to another open hotel at no additional cost.
I called 4079396244 and they attended me in less than 5 minutes

after nearly 3 hours they changed our GF theme park to Contemporary theme park, they said no DVC was available which I found odd but we'll still have a good time. First time for us at the Contemporary! 7/12/-7/24.

Was there a change to your price? If they are making others pay to modify I would think that you would get a refund going from GF to CR, just trying to get an idea of what is happening.

It's situations like this that I am shocked they are requiring people to pay the difference. There are not any resorts that will be open that can fit 5 people that are comparable to the price you likely paid for POR.
