Are all of the Disney property hotels/resorts open at full capacity?

I am not sure anyone but Disney could answer that question. We can certainly give anecdotal information and I will say that we were there in late February and Pop was packed! We popped up to our usual stomping grounds around Crescent Lake and it didn't seem nearly as hectic or frenetic with activity. Again, that is just an impression based upon prior experience.

The parks, however, were jam packed!

I have been wondering about that also.
With the computer algorithms , the resorts could appear full which would increase the nightly rates .
I know I have my doubts & suspicions …
Why do You ask ?
I guess it is working for Disney. They seem at capacity every night !
Personally I have cut back and will book one night instead of 2 or 3…
Or choose to go to Universal Studios to spend and have fun .

Disney isn't withholding inventory to prop up rates. They're also not withholding inventory for any COVID health-and-safety reasons. To the extend that they're not 100% open, it would be because they don't have the staff to fully support all of the rooms yet.
