Resort capacity?

Are the open resorts also operating at reduced capacity, or is it just the parks? I'm seeing no rooms left at CBR currently and only pirate rooms left for the week I have booked, for example. Does this mean that it is completely or nearly full? Or just sold out of its adjusted capacity? I was wondering because I am seeing that several of the dining options are still closed, which if it was reduced might make sense, but doesn't make sense if the resort is actually full.

We heard a CM say it is just the parks. Some deluxe hotels have reduced capacity because only the DVC side is open, but the moderates and values are at full

It does make sense for resort restaurants to be closed for two reasons: (1) Restaurants are at reduced capacity so are not very profitable now even when they “sell out” at current capacity—same reason menus are limited compared to pre-Covid timed; and (2) Resort restaurants used to get traffic from guests other resorts that are now closed.

Ah, interesting. That makes sense, I guess. Still a bummer! I was hoping to be able to have access to table service at our resort since we're at a moderate, but I guess I'll have to travel for that.
