we are been picked up from AKL about 12 was wondering wat time are the bags picked up from our room

It seems to vary--not sure if it depends on how many guests waiting for cruise transportation or how many checking out of resort that day. The bottom line is that at WDW, I've never had to have my stuff out before 10. The bus picks you up between 12 and 1, and you are asked to check in at the transportation lobby an hour early. You can also take your bags to the bell station with the cruise tags on them and point out that they are to go on the truck to the ship.

You will get a form under your door the night before with all the details.

At Disneyland, luggage pick up was 8 am--and the bellman was at our door at 7:50! Wow.
