Resort brochures?

I am planning a surprise trip for my sister and I, and would like to present it wrapped at Christmas, so I'm thinking of things to wrap for her. First, I'm planning on getting Mickey ears with her name embroidered on them, and I'll put the park maps underneath the ears in the box (since I'm going once before she and I go), but I'd like to include a brochure of POFQ, since she's never stayed there. Does anyone know if such brochures exist? Or would it have to be an entire WDW packet?

I don't think there is such a thing as a resort brochure but I could be wrong. I know when I tried to get a brochure of CBR for someone was told they don't exist.

Many many years ago we used to be able to pick them up at the resort. All I have seen in recent years is a brochure that briefly highlights all the resorts in one. I would go to all the wonderful sites with photos etc and make my own, maybe in a story book form that she is a character and she is going........

I"ve seen resort brochures at the Ocala WDW information center. I can't remember if they lump all the resorts (value, moderate, deluxe, home away from home) in one resort or if they separate them.

I can picture the Home Away from Home Resorts brochure so I know those were lumped together but I distinctly remember the dragon pool pic being on the cover of one....again, not sure if that was just Port Orleans specific

Brandt79, like the others have mentioned, no specific brochure exists. However, if you have booked a room at PO-FQ, at some point you will receive a cute little folio (for lack of a better word) in the US Mail from Disney. This folio will mention PO-FQ and have a photo or two of the resort inside of it.

You need to order the official WDW Vacation Planning Kit. Have it sent to your house so your sister doesn't catch wind of your little plan until you're ready to spring it on her. Click here to go to order page.

Print the map of the resort too! Also I have a booklet from POR (the Sassagoula News, it's like a newspaper) from when I went down in 2003. It gives the basic info about the resort like where to eat, laundry facilities, delivery service, etc. I can make a copy of it and mail it to you if you want. It's about 4-6 pages long.

If you stop in at a local travel agent and get the Disney Book. It has pictures and listing of all the resorts and parks. Cut our the page with POFQ and some of the parks pictures and make the crad.

Why don't you just wrap the free promo DVD? Then you could show her the resort on TV and then look at all the other great things you guys will be doing! Oh and the mouse ears idea sounds cute!!

When we stayed at POFQ in July 04, there were a couple POFQ postcards in the room. This was the only Disney resort we have stayed at that had postcards for the resort.
