Resort Board Problem??

There have been several threads about the problems a lot of us have been having with the resorts board{which just happens to be my very favorite board!!}. Some suggestions have been posted on a couple of threads using the "Tools" option. I have tried each suggestion and still cannot get on the board. Has anyone determined if the problem is with the resort board or is it something within our computers? This has been happening for over a week now and no change.Thank you for any assistance you can provide!!

It doesn't look any different to me now than when I first posted the problem. We have all the plug-ins recommended and never had a problem with any page before -- no matter what special effects it had.
If I click on one of the posts, what comes up is normal screen size. I cannot make the forum entry page work no matter what I do.
DH is no way going to let me mess with settings just because I can't get a normal looking page on a Disney discussion forum! ;-)
So if I can read enough of the subject line, I will click on it and read it. But the rest of the page - number of views, number of replies, person posting, etc. is out of sight and I'm not going to struggle with it.
Rest of the site works fine.

Chris, Thank you so much for letting us know that someone is looking into this. We miss our resort board so much!! I have figured out that I can get into the newest thread from the resort board by clicking on the users name. So whatever is going on it is on the title page {don't know what else to call it}.I guess I am really quite computer illiterate. We have ATT Broadband, use MSN and I think our browser is Internet Explorer. How do I find out if I have the latest and greatest??

I'm not much of a complainer, but I have had it with the resort board. It is the board I like to read the most, and now I won't even go there anymore. It takes forever to load, if it all does manage to load, and I can't tell you how annoyed I am to be getting messages about plug-ins every time I read a thread. It wouldn't be so bad if it just did it the first time you load the page, but even when I use my back button, I go through the whole long mess for every single thread I want to read. Somebody, please do something about this board!

We're checking with the author of the updated page right now.

I will say that I have problems with the RB using Netscape 4.77, however, Netscape 6 works fine... not even a pop up window. Internet Explorer displays the page fine, but I do get the pop up. Having said all that, I also use a Mac, and it probably doesn't mean much to the PC users out there.

Suggestion for the moment... make sure you have the latest and greatest version of your favorite browser installed.
