When I want to watch a game at a public venue, I like to be part of a crowd who also are watching. With this in mind, I'll start with a couple NOT to try:
The ESPN Club (Boardwalk) is closed. (This would have been my first recommendation.)
The Boardwalk also has Big River Grille, but I have not been inside since they reopened so I cannot say if their tv's are showing games.
Rix Sports Bar (Coronado Springs) keeps the sound off of the games it's broadcasting, ruining the experience (IMO). Kinda crazy really. Despite a number of people there to cheer on their teams, it was eerily quiet that last time I was there. Just not right for a "sports bar".
Now, let's look at some others.
City Works (Disney Springs) has many tv's and an extensive collection of beers. But it gets crowded so make a reservation early.
The Yacht & Beach Club have a bar with a few tv's, but it also tends to be quiet.
Geyser Point (Wilderness Lodge) is outside. It's a restaurant and bar. We enjoy relaxing there but have never watched a game there. Not sure it's a good place for someone who really wants to watch.
Nothing I can think of that's worth going to at a Monorail Resort. The bar at the Contemporary might be the best of the three but (I think) it has only one tv.
I cannot think of anything that's worth going to at Caribbean Beach Resort or Animal Kingdom Lodge, at least to watch a game.
At the moment, I'm not sure if there is any venue better at Disney Springs that City Works.
